Estimated delivery timelines are provided for customer convenience; however, Quikzo does not guarantee exact delivery times due to factors beyond operational control including weather conditions, traffic, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, customs procedures, transport breakdowns, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.

While Quikzo takes reasonable precautions to ensure secure handling and transportation of shipments, customers are encouraged to use appropriate packaging and insurance coverage where necessary. Quikzo’s liability for damage, loss, or delay shall be limited as per applicable laws, declared shipment value, and service agreements.

Customers must inspect shipments at the time of delivery and report any visible damage, shortage, or service-related issue within the applicable claim period. Claims submitted after the specified reporting period may not be eligible for review or compensation.

Quikzo reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services for shipments or customers involved in unlawful activities, unsafe operations, abusive behavior, policy violations, fraudulent transactions, or circumstances that may endanger personnel, vehicles, infrastructure, or public safety.
