Definitions "Company" refers to Quikzo Packers and Movers. "Client" refers to the individual or business engaging the Company’s services. "Goods" refers to the items being packed, moved, or stored by the Company.
Services Provided The Company provides packing, moving, and transportation services for house shifting, local and domestic shifting, commercial moving, and vehicle transportation. Any additional services will be outlined in a separate agreement and may incur additional charges.
Booking and Confirmation All bookings must be confirmed in writing or via an approved digital platform. A deposit may be required to secure the booking, as outlined in the service agreement.
Payment Terms Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement and must be adhered to strictly. Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Client Responsibilities The Client must provide accurate information about the Goods and the conditions of access at both pickup and delivery locations. The Client is responsible for ensuring that fragile and high-value items are disclosed to the Company in advance. The Client must ensure that all necessary permissions and arrangements are in place for the Company to access the premises.
Liability and Insurance The Company’s liability for loss or damage to Goods is limited to the extent of its insurance coverage. The Client is advised to obtain additional insurance coverage for valuable or fragile items if necessary.
Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refund policies will be outlined in the service agreement. A cancellation fee may apply if the Client cancels the service within a specified period prior to the scheduled move date.
Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances The Company will make every effort to meet scheduled timelines but is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or mechanical failures.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution Any complaints or disputes must be communicated to the Company within a specified period following service completion. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, legal proceedings as per the jurisdiction outlined in the service agreement.
Amendments The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes in advance.
